SCS SB 960 -- Special License Plate

This substitute creates the "God Bless America" license plate.
Any person obtaining this plate will be required to pay $10 to
the World War II Memorial Fund.  The person must also pay an
additional $15 fee to the Department of Revenue in addition to
regular registration fees.
